Exotica Dreamville Apartment Owners Association :: Exotica Dreamville is a residential project of Exotica Housing Infrastructure and Projects, located in Great Noida West, Sector 16 C. Our dream project commenced in 2010 delivering its first batch of promised house-cum-homes in 2016. The Exotica Dreamville society has 1704 apartments, with 90% occupancy, and around 5000 citizens. This is one of the premium society in the locality.

The Apartment Owners Association (AOA) was formed in 2019 to oversee the society's maintenance and compliance with regulations. In 2020, AOA was registered with the Deputy Registrar’s Office.

In June 2022, second AOA elections were held to form new AOA under the supervision of the Election officer appointed by Deputy Registrar, Meerut.

In October 2023, third AOA elections were held to form new AOA under the supervision of Residents Election Committee as per guidelines of the Deputy Registrar, Meerut.
